Version RD-BETA-02 · effective 26 October 2026

Revision Desk ("we", "us") is the trading brand of an individual entrepreneur established in Georgia, the country. We provide the software and its setup support. Contact: humanji.aich+revisiondesk@gmail.com.

1. The local beta offer

The offer is Revision Desk 2.0.0-beta.1 for one local Mac installation, an invented sample project, setup guide, recorded walkthrough and seven calendar days of asynchronous setup help starting on delivery. The published price is USD 49 once, including applicable sales tax. Any checkout currency conversion is shown before payment. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic paid upgrade.

The beta collects revision notes, preserves edits you want to keep, freezes instructions for selected videos and records your checks against returned files. You perform the video review. The software does not automatically watch, edit or approve footage, certify a result or replace your client's approval.

2. Check the requirements before buying

You need a Mac, Google Chrome and Node.js 22 or newer, installed separately. A terminal window stays open while the app runs. This is an unsigned local browser application, not a signed native Mac app. A download and first launch on a fresh Mac, including macOS launcher restrictions, have not yet been verified. Do not disable security protections to run it; contact support if it is blocked. Optional local video playback accepts short clips up to 250 MB each.

The beta supports one local installation and one writing server process. Public signup, hosted media, online team accounts, video editing services, calls, custom development, ongoing project management and future versions are not included. Preserve independent project JSON backups.

3. Purchase, delivery and setup help

When enabled, checkout will be provided by Paddle as the authorised reseller and merchant of record. For a Paddle purchase, Paddle's buyer terms govern the payment transaction, and these terms govern the software and setup help supplied by Revision Desk. The final total and available payment methods are shown in checkout.

The package is supplied through a download link sent to the email used for the purchase after payment is confirmed. Delivery is not advertised as automatic. Contact support with your order identifier if the link is missing or fails. We will arrange access or coordinate a refund; Paddle's buyer terms also cover failure or unreasonable delay in delivery. No live checkout or buyer delivery is represented as operational while sales remain closed.

Setup help is by email and may be handled by an AI project assistant. It covers installing the described package and starting the documented workflow. There is no guaranteed response time or round-the-clock support. Defect reports and rights requests remain welcome after the included setup-help period.

4. Licence and your materials

After a valid purchase, the purchasing person or team receives a non-exclusive licence to use this version on one local Mac for its own and its clients' projects. The licence has no recurring fee and does not expire merely because setup help ends. You may share the handoffs and reports you generate. Do not resell or redistribute the software package as a product or give others your private workspace keys.

Your footage, notes, project files and generated reports remain yours. We do not receive a right to use them for advertising or model training by granting this licence. Only use material you are entitled to process and share. Connecting an external agent or sending a brief to a collaborator is your choice; review that recipient's access and terms.

5. Security, backups and problems

Keep workspace keys, connection files and local configuration private. The local application is not a backup or hosted storage service. Browser data can be cleared and files can be lost. Export project JSON regularly and keep the original footage and saved projects separately.

To report a problem, send the order identifier and a minimal description to support. Do not email passwords, keys, payment-card details or confidential client footage. We may ask for a small redacted example where necessary. Beta defects are possible; this does not remove remedies for missing delivery or a product that is not as described.

6. Refunds and ending use

Our 14-day refund policy applies even after a download or trial use and supplements stronger mandatory rights. You may stop using the software at any time. After a full refund, stop using and delete the paid software copy; your own footage, project files and generated handoffs remain yours.

7. Rights, complaints and changes

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or blanket liability exclusion. Georgian law governs the software agreement, subject to any mandatory protection and court rights available in your country. Paddle's separate payment terms retain their own applicable law provisions.

Contact support first with a complaint so we can investigate. Keep a copy of the offer and terms shown at purchase. Later changes will not reduce the rights attached to that purchase. A material change will be dated on this site and, for affected purchases, communicated through the purchase email where needed. An unenforceable provision does not remove the rest of the agreement.
